Social Skills Groups
Children with social pragmatic language challenges may benefit from a social skills group. They have the opportunity to practice their skills with peers. These groups often focus on conversation, turn-taking, using language in play and more!
Would my child benefit from a social skills group?
Social Skills groups help children learn how to problem solve, manage social situations, learn conversation skills while engaging in fun social activities with peers. If your child has difficulty navigating social interactions, maintaining conversations, and understanding other children's perspectives, then a social group may be appropriate for them.
Who will my child be in a social group with?
Children are grouped based on age and developmental level. Please reach out to find out of if there is an appropriate peer match or group available at this time for your child.
